Alex Manners
My name is Alex Manners, 21 and I am a television and radio presenter who has a ‘lust for life’. I am fun, quirky and colourful and I aim to produce fun and educational programmes for children. I read my “Rainbow Man” stories on my Solihull Radio children’s show every Sunday morning from 8-10am.
I have Asperger’s, a form of Autism and I have talked about this on radio on BBC WM and on television on ITV Central. I have also written articles on my Asperger’s for Autism West Midlands and the Autism Parenting magazine. I now carry out talks on “My Life Living with Asperger’s” as well as having my very own “Autism & Football” campaign.
I am passionate about Football and I have a quest to watch a match at all 92 Football League Grounds (84 so far). I even had an article published about this in the “Late Tackle” football magazine.
All of my latest work and achievements can be found on my website so feel free to take a look.
